Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

United States: 5–12 business days

Shipping times may vary due to high demand, carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us at joso@shopjoso.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
