Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at joso@shopjoso.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Do not send any items back without contacting us first — items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If Your Return is Approved

Damaged or defective items: we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the product.

Wrong item received: we will send the correct item or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the product.

Change of mind: we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, personalized or custom products, and personal care items.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at joso@shopjoso.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at joso@shopjoso.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
