Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Some items are not eligible for return (used products, items damaged by the customer, or clearance items).

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take between 3 and 7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product so we can resolve it quickly.
